Detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-orientated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Stockholm, focusing on coordinating recruiting. You will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. Above all, you will be responsible for Spotify’s most important asset - its people.


What you’ll do:
Delivering a meaningful service experience to managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Lead ad hoc situations related to recruitment-related activities
Advise TA Partners and hiring managers on how we make for a positive experience for all
Continuously suggest improvements areas in our candidate experience
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment



Who you are:
Preferably, you have a Bachelor's Degree
You have experience with HR- and/or recruitment administration
You have experience working in high-volume recruiting teams
You have experience working with Recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems and Scheduling Platforms (such as Greenhouse, Lever, Jobvite, or GoodTime)
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
You are passionate about improving existing processes
You are highly organized and have an eye for details
Adaptable to constant change and hence you are flexible and skilled at multitasking
You have a sound sense of urgency and like getting things done
You are a self-starter, curious, and always willing to step in to help the team
