Ericsson Radio Performance Verification (RPV), part of the Integration Verification & Certification (IVC) department within the Product Engineering Unit (PEU) Radio.

About this opportunity:

Join us as a Verification Developer and contribute to designing Ericsson's next-generation radio network products. You'll play a key role in translating system requirements into test methods for verifying Radio HW performance, ensuring compliance with 3GPP/CE/ETSI standards.

What you will do:

* Serve as a liaison between the systems department and RPV test teams.
* Translate requirements into verification specifications and update test systems to support testing.
* Participate in early phase activities and conduct pre-studies on future requirements impacting RPV and test systems.


The skills you bring:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of Radio RF technology (3GPP, CE, FCC, Telec, etc.).
* Experience in test method design and test environment setup.
* Familiarity with 3GPP standards (ETSI, series 51, 25, 36, 37, 38).
* Understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies.
* A service-minded attitude with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
