Developer - Scrum Master

Group IT is a cross-border organization with 1500 IT employees spread across all home markets, located in Stockholm Umeå, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. Group IT is responsible for IT management in ensuring the long-term focus of IT and adaptation to the bank's business strategies. Last but not least, Group IT deliver a range of IT services to the bank, including development and maintenance.

About the job The job consists of three parts: Scrum Master, release and test environment management. You will be working in an international project oriented environment and the team you will be joining takes care of the Swedish mortgage loans. We are 10 team members, both Business Specialist and Developers. You will have a close cooperation with the Agile Product Owner. Currently we run projects to digitalizes the mortgage credit origination process and projects align Swedbank with the new Mortgage credit directive. The platforms we are operating on is mainframe and unix/Java.

What you need to succeed You have your background in System engineering or Application Development. Academic degree within IT. We think you have experience from Release Management or Test Environment Management, or as a Scrum Master.
