EMC/Infotainment/Electrical/ Physics Lab in Trollhättan is looking for a: Development Engineer for EMC Our area is responsible for ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) on vehicle and component level for all General Motors Europe ( GME ) projects and also testing for other regions. As a Development Engineer you will be responsible for development and validation of EMC vehicle.In consideration of specific test plans and test instructions you will be responsible for the realization and finalization of all EMC tests needed in a project.Follow up on troubleshooting using GM tools and technical reports as well as status reports are also part of this position.We are looking for a person with a University Degree ( Electrical / Electronics Engineering ) or many years of experience in product development.A a person you should have an open and positive attitude, you are goal oriented, flexible and able to communicate and work on your own initiative.You need to have knowledge in Electrical / Electronics, experience with E/E vehicle subsystems and/or components is desired.A benefit is knowledge in vehicle databus systems and diagnostic tools (CANoe).Skills in Electromagnetic Compatibility or experience with RF- systems is advantageous.Since you will be working in a global organization good communications skills in English are a requirement.Travelling exists.
