About the role

As a Development Team Lead you will take on a key role in our new Digital Hub at Clas Ohlson. You will be key in establishing our technical philosophy and vision, from coding principles to quality mindset and future proofing what is built, making sure to be in alignment with strategies, architecture plans and business needs. You will also participate in many different digital projects and will have the opportunity to make your own mark on the business.

You will manage and coach a multi role development team in a complex and scaled up agile environment to successfully and continuously deliver valuable software.

About you

You are a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in software engineering, teamwork and creating the best possible conditions for valuable and efficient deliveries. You have previous working experience as a software development team leader, tech lead or equivalent with proven ability to establish principles and structure that enable a team to shine and continuously improve. You also have:

- Extensive skills in various languages and frameworks, front end and back end, such as HTML, Javascript, CSS, React, C#, Java, .NET etc.
- Experience from agile processes, preferably SAFe
- A genuine interest in managing teams and coaching individuals
- Excellent communication skills


Relevant education from a university or college such as BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field is desirable.

You have a very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
