Developmental Manager Barcelona

Artificial Solutions creates solutions that help their clients automate their customer support. Clients include among others IKEA, SAS and Telenor. Artificial Solutions have offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Hamburg, Copenhagen and Paris and are about 80 employees. The office in Barcelona is situated close to Plaza Tetuan on calle Caspe. We are looking for someone to head the development department at the Barcelona office of Artificial Solutions. The job The job is an upper management level position which includes planning, driving and supervising all production while anticipating and planning staffing needs. Main responsibilities includes making sure all projects are delivered with high quality on time and continually improving internal processes, project standards and development methodology. You will have the opportunity to manage key projects and provide team leadership. Your skills You must have experience of development management, project management or program management. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members. We also want you to have good knowledge about modern development technologies and speak English fluently. Swedish, German and Spanish are strong merits.
