Job Description
As an Azure / Dev Ops Engineer in the Inventory Optimisation Team you will build and maintain technology platforms to enable software solutions to be deployed and run independently by the software engineers. You will also build and/or configure solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling a constant delivery pace to be kept indefinitely. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation.
The role
In order to secure stable operations and further development of our Azure environments in the Inventory Optimization team we need a senior Azure / Dev Ops technician to be the key resource in Azure development and maintenance. Since Azure usage will increase within the Inventory Optimisation product area and the wider H&M Business Tech Organisation it would be great to see some advisory and mentoring experience and to be part of setting Azure architecture strategy and design and development of new solutions.
As a key player in the H&M Azure strategy team you will help us deliver and optimize global retail inventory solutions serving 5000+ stores 24/7. The scale and volumes we manage are in many cases globally unique offering real challenges and opportunities to develop and grow as an Azure expert.
Your main tasks:
Optimization, management and development of Azure environments together with product teams and external suppliers that deliver inventory optimization systems.
Participation and lead in further Azure-related development solutions.
Cooperation with central H&M cloud office and suppliers to continuously optimize and develop the Azure environment to achieve cost efficiency with maintained performance.

The inventory optimization solutions run in two Azure datacenters in Europe and one in mainland China.

Automation is part of your DNA, you are passionate about building zero touch systems
5+ years’ experience in infrastructure management and DevOps.
Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with Azure
Hands on experience with DevOps in microservice context, familiar with container technologies. Docker, Kubernetes
A great team player
Fluent in English (Swedish is a bonus)
