Do you want to help develop a flagship security product at a new large-scale security software company? On behalf of Appgate, we are now looking for bright and talented DevOps Software Engineers to join one of their cross-functional teams in Gothenburg.
The Gothenburg office is the core innovation center for the Appgate SDP product, which provides their customers a disruptive approach to secure network access. Today, their international organisation is rapidly expanding and employs around 500 people world-wide with close to 160 software engineers. Your responsibilities and tasks
Contributing to the automation of all their flagship security products as part of a creative cross-functional team
Creating an automated framework for CI/CD that would help other cross functional teams to deploy and test their software faster and improve their efficiency
Building automated tests frameworks within their DevOps environment to stimulate cross product integrations
Always learn and bring new concepts and technology to your team

Your competencies
3+ years of work experience in some of the following areas: Python, Golang, Rest API’s, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform etc. Or show desire / be prepared for a steep learning curve
Good understanding of the Linux operating system and how to implement automatic deployment of software
Eager to learn enough about whatever tools or tricks are needed to make things work
Cares about readable, performant, reliable, and secure code
Able to work with other international software teams
Fluent in English

Interest in any of the following areas
Cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Continuous deployment and integration
Automated testing reporting frameworks
SAAS based software delivery
