We are looking for a Digital Business Developer

Mini Rodini is currently on an exciting growth journey, and we are making major investments to develop our digital sales. The Digital Business Developer role is a key role in the journey we are on and will have fantastic development opportunities as well as a large space to drive the role to an even broader responsibility and scope.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The role entails an overall responsibility for being involved in setting and realizing Mini Rodini's digital roadmap. The role is responsible for setting requirements, implementation and testing of Mini Rodini's digital development. Primary focus will be the development of the company's e-commerce platform, but also assisting in its connection to other systems. As a Digital Business Developer, you are part of the e-com team and report to our Chief Customer Experience. 

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Participate in and set the long-term plan for digital growth for the company together with Chief Customer Experience
• Propose solutions based on businesses’ need to optimize the customer experience and journey based on our given goals and consumer expectations
• Present, propose and argue for different solutions to the company's stakeholders
• Support the team in daily work in the e-commerce platform, propose solutions to streamline internal processes and working methods
• Planning and prioritization of ongoing development
• Set requirements for external web agency
• Plan for and carry out acceptance tests of new functionality
• Develop hypotheses for further development, test and verify these, e.g. through A / B testing
• Super user in the company's e-commerce platform

The position is a full-time permanent position based at our Stockholm Office with start asap.

QUALIFICATIONS
 
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• Technical higher education or equivalent
• At least three years' experience of working with the development of web platforms, either as a client, developer, requirements analyst or requirements setter
• Used to explaining complex things in a simple way to the business's stakeholders and other departments
• Used to produce decision material and proposals for different solutions and present these
• Skills in web programming are not a requirement but a big plus
• Previous experience from Magento
• Previous experience from Jira is an advantage
• Good knowledge of both English and Swedish, German is an advantage

You have a technical mind that makes it easy for you to familiarize yourself with technical problems and find solutions to them. You also have a good understanding of the system and can quickly understand how different systems interact with each other.
