Samsung Electronics Nordic is looking for a Growth Lead to help in our expansion of D2C sales through owned channels, mainly samsung.com, which is becoming increasingly important in our growth journey on the Nordic consumer electronics market.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Initiate and lead sales & marketing activities for samsung.com together with internal stakeholders from the product divisions. This role and team plays an integral part in showcasing our cross-divisional offer to consumers, and to enhance the sales journey in all D2C consumer touchpoints. The position also supports the definition and roll-out of relevant value added services, that increases reasons-to-buy on samsung.com, and enhances the consumer experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB SCOPE:
· Based on data and insight, create and lead initiatives to drive cross-selling and
· Continuously monitor conversion data and operational KPIs, identify areas/tasks to optimize and improve performance according to defined targets
· Manage stakeholder expectations and secure clear communication related to project status
· Project lead for enhancement projects related to value added services (platform, external services, service, logistics) and efficiency.
· Secure planning, tracking and completion of projects according to defined targets and priorities
· Quality and efficiency assurance of operational processes, related to online sales, including documentation and internal alignment

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· At least B Sc (M Sc preferred) in business administration, marketing or other relevant higher education.

EXPERIENCE:
· 2-3 years’ experience from working in consumer facing e-commerce or retail business operations
· Experience from working within eCommerce or retail business operations
· Minimum 1 years’ experience from working with analytics, Google and/or Adobe Analytics
· Solid knowledge of the MS Office in general, and Excel in particular
· Experience from working in Hybris is a plus

· Detailed oriented and well organized, with high problem solving capabilities
· Demonstrated project management skills
· Clear understanding of business processes and related systems
· Understanding about the different phases in the product lifecycle, and how these effects the related activation plan and strategy.
· Proactive, methodical and efficient in addressing daily tasks
· Based on data and analytics, identify areas and processes with need for improvements and suggest suitable solutions. Initiate project accordingly and secure delivery according to plan.
· Service minded and solution oriented, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders
