Digital Engineering Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client. You will join the Marketing Activation product area, which is under a build up.
Location: Malmø (3 days onsite pr. week required)


QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Senior technology and people management experience
Previous experience and knowledge from MarTech is an advantage
Formal qualifications in Technology/Computer science or any engineering equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, technology architecture and/or IT Foundation Service Delivery
Minimum 5 years of experience in the specific tech stack for the particular product, platform or service
Experience of working in an Agile and DevOps working set-up
Experience as a manager of engineering teams and strong leadership skills
Experience of leading in change
A EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away
Professional level of English - both oral and written



AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Support and strengthen the marketing activation team
Use your expertise to realize of our clients technology roadmap for the Marketing
Responsible for one or multiple Products or Services in terms of the efficiency, quality, and effective implementation and service operations of the technical deliverables that support the overarching product or service roadmap
Manage stakeholders and work closely with the assigned Product Owners or Service Managers and all groups within the Digital Technology organisation in order to deliver the assigned digital products and services
Lead, inspire, motivate a multi-discipline product or service team in order to secure a high performing team
