YOUR ROLE
Orange Sky is now looking for a Digital Growth Manager.
As a digital growth manager you will develop and implement our digital marketing campaigns to support our continued growth. You will look to find, evaluate and scale new, creative, effective and on-brand acquisition channels across markets while executing strategies within new areas and campaigns to drive lead and enrollment volume. 
Specifically, you will own the strategy for all paid social channels, focusing on improving ROI on Facebook but also working with SEM and Paid Ads. While working on improving returns in current channels, you will also focus on reaching new audiences by expanding into new channels. 
You’re joining our ambitious and dynamic marketing team in the beginning of a high-paced and challenging journey.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing acquisition & performance channels, both operational and strategically (SEO, SEM, Programmatic), KPI and measurement set-up, campaign management, A/B testing.
 Setting up, monitoring and evaluating overall acquisition funnel as well as per channel and per market
Developing and evaluating our attribution model globally and per market
Responsible for entire paid acquisition budget, forecasting and growth targets
Hands on campaign management and optimisation on paid social (Facebook, Instagram)



REQUIREMENT & PREFERRED SKILLS
Has a university degree in business, marketing, finance or computer science - as long as there's a combined love for sales, marketing and numbers
2-3 years experience from paid social media, digital advertising or e-commerce management 
Fluent in English orally and in written
Passionate about digital marketing, avid searcher of industry insights and always informed on latest developments in digital, paid marketing and e-commerce
Highly organised and structured with track record of managing budget
Motivated, analytical, problem-solver and a self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
Expert skills in Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
Expert skills in analysis in Google Analytics and similar analysis tools
Experience in setting up tracking, measurement and cross-channel attribution modelling is a plus
