Learning and Development Team - let’s introduce ourselves:
The team is responsible for delivering effective learning and performance improvement interventions to over 60,000 people across our global partner network, covering technical, brand, product and commercial content. We seek a dedicated Digital Learning Capabilities Specialist to join our Learning Capabilities team at Volvo Cars. 

What you´ll do:
We are looking for you who would like to help shape our approach to digital learning. You will manage the development of the digital learning experience, supporting the management and evolution of key digital learning infrastructure. In addition, you’ll be a key interface with the Learning Solutions team, supporting and working on digital learning activities across multiple channels.  This role will mean continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders within the organization.

Role Purpose
•    Support with the integration of digital solutions as part of learning strategy implementation
•    Shape our approach to digital learning and maintain the entire digital learning ecosystem
•    Take lead in the development of the digital learning experience toolbox 
•    An implementation of blended learning solutions (working with a range of media types and learning content)
•    Global rollout and implementation management of identified solutions 
•    Make sure that effective digital learning tools enable 'mass personalization’ of learning.

Who are you?
We are looking for individuals with a few years of experience in digital solutions for L&D. You have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are keen to take ownership in your areas of expertise. You are structured and result oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done to a high quality, efficiently and on time. You are comfortable working independently but at the same time you have cross-functional and integrated work experience, with the ability to cooperate and work in an international team environment. Strong prioritization skills will be an asset in this role, as well as finding new and innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction and deliver effective solutions in challenging situations.

Location:
We operate from Volvo Cars headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is therefore the preferred location for the ideal candidate. Alternative locations in Sweden and Europe can be discussed if expertise strongly matches the desired profile.
