Create social media videos for internal or external use.
Assist with project coordination and processes.
Generate data, reports and ongoing analysis as needed on the effectiveness of digital/social marketing efforts.
Must be actively engaged in Social Media and have experience with Youtube, twitter, instagram, facebook, pinterest and linkedin.
Managing meetings, which includes writing agendas, summarizing the meeting, and following up with stakeholders.
Keeping all stakeholders apprised of the project’s status and milestones.
Comply with all company policies and procedures on and off line.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in management with specialization within marketing, business or communications, with at least 1 year of post-college business experience.
Excellent communication skills in South Thai (Written and Oral) and English.
Hands-On knowledge on how to drive business and marketing on Youtube and Facebook.
Proficient in Final Cut Pro X and Kinemaster.
Working knowledge of HTML, PHP or similar.
Demonstrated knowledge of website design knowledge and graphic design.
Computer skills including knowledge of both Windows AND Mac.
Strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing, best practice campaign development and management, and a willingness to continue to stay contemporary on trends within the industry.
Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of analytics, category expertise and critical thinking.
Experience servicing and/or consulting in a vendor/client relationship.
Knowledge of broad marketing & advertising trends and frameworks
Formal documents supporting requirements is required.
Work test/sample will be used for skill assessment.

Experience within real-estate sales and promotion.
Understanding of Visual Basic 6.0.
