As Group Digital Marketing & Communications Director, you will be responsible for leading the company´s digital marketing and communication initiatives. Your key missions are to drive the group customer journey and increase our Digital Customer Acquisition and Retention, as well as developing our FläktGroup Brand equity, our ESG vision and the Marketing awareness across the group. You will also be a central stakeholder in our Employer Branding strategy in close collaboration with HR.
This entails managing the development and execution of our:
• Digital and content marketing strategy, creating and distributing high-quality content across various digital channels including SEO, SEM, websites, social media, and e-mail marketing.
• Communications campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall Sales & Services business goals.
• Crisis communication and press relations, including developing and executing corporate and crisis communications plans, and working with media outlets to manage the company´s public image.
Your team consists of 8 specialists within Communication & Brand Management, Digital Platforms & Marketing and Technical & Commercial Documentation, placed in Sweden, Germany, England and Finland. You will report to the Chief Product Strategy & Marketing Officer, based in France.
We are looking for a senior marketing & communications management profile with a bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications or within equivalent field. You have a strong background of at least 8-10 years in digital marketing and corporate communications, preferably from a business-to-business industry.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have project management skills and the ability to take actions in a result driven and structured way with a holistic perspective in mind. You are a stable and relationship-oriented leader who communicate effortlessly on all organizational levels, and you will be an appreciated manager for your tactical approach together with your ability to inspire and engage others. Due to our global set up, it is crucial that you are mastering Swedish and English fluently both spoken and in writing.
