Role and Responsibilities


This position requires the ability to effectively interact, communicate, and build relationships with our marketing stakeholders and internal business teams. We need someone to assist in the development of our end-to-end customer experience strategy, incorporating data-driven insights, SEO, PPC, and our existing digital platforms on Nasdaq.com to support the execution of digital success roadmaps. The right candidate will have an eye for optimization, including assessing and delivering the impact of their programs to executive-level stakeholders, and implementing changes as needed to improve performance.


Key responsibilities include:


Understanding the different digital channels and applying this knowledge to define campaign success


Reporting on data analysis to deliver data-driven insights, benchmarks, and appropriate recommendations to adjust digital strategy and scale results


Integrating functional or regional strategies and developing specific objectives for localization


Managing the updating and performance tracking of digital destinations on Nasdaq.com


Exploring new platforms and supporting digital integrations to grow and scale the digital strategy for our business and Nasdaq as a whole


Conducting regular Business Reviews with business partners, providing insights into campaign accuracy and efficiency with ideas to improve and optimize.


What We Expect


A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital transformation, or equivalent experience


At least 3 - 5 years of Digital Program/Project Management and/or Customer Success experience, working in sophisticated environments


Expert presentation development skills (storytelling/design)


Proven track record in designing and innovating digital programs that impact business metrics


Demonstrated ability to use data insights to drive decision-making on critical projects and recommend program improvements and actions
