- Play a key role in mentoring and knowledge sharing at all levels of the organization to ensure digital operational resilience becomes a part of our DNA.

- Design, monitor, and analyse digital operational resilience metrics to identify trends, patterns, and challenges, and establish reporting routines to guide operational efforts and ensure management awareness and commitment.



What is needed in this role:

- A deep understanding of digital operational resilience, including risk management, and cybersecurity.

- A proven ability to lead and inspire collaboration, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation.

- Capacity and natural inclination to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across the organization.

- Exceptional communication skills to communicate both governance challenges and complex technical concepts to stakeholders varying from technical experts to executive boards.

- Experience with regulatory compliance that provides solid grasp of implementing compliance strategies.

- A keen analytical mind that is capable of tackling complex problems and guiding the organization towards well-balanced data-driven decisions.

- Passion for delivering value - a drive not just to meet standards and regulations, but striving for excellence.

- Master’s degree in relevant field in IT or business, and other relevant credentials are a plus.
