Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Product Manger / Agile Coach to the Transformation team at our customer in Stockholm, to shaping the new Digital Product organization. In this role you will be acting both as Tranformation team member and agile coach to the organization to be deploy.
Your job responsibilities need you to be a true evangelist of Lean and Agile principles for incremental product development. You will motivate, inspire and develop a team of top performing Digital PMs, Digital POs building unique, market-leading, world-class products that delivers value and excellent experience to the consumer or internal users, and support and challenge Digital PMs and Digital POs to apply a customer centric mindset and drive value-creating innovation as they outline product visions and roadmaps. Also, you will coach Digital PMs, Digital POs and Digital Product Areas and Teams in agile concepts, processes and ways of working defined in CX agile playbook and help apply them in ways that suits their needs (e.g. OKR for products and product areas, Agile ceremonies: scrums, retros, PI planning, roadmap creation, etc). Your responsibilities is also training for Engineering lead, engineering Manager, product owner, product manager, design, and the engineering team, support PM’s and EM’s to conduct and moderate retrospective workshops and other agile ceremonies on Product Area (Team-of-Team or Release Train) level, and foster knowledge transfer across Digital Product Area. You will ensure continuous improvement of quality of outcome and efficiency of teams, by driving their empowerment and agile maturity, and search for ways to improve CX interfaces to key business steering processes as agile processes are applied at scale within the CX organization. Also, your job include support in identifying and removing impediments across product area, build key relationships within the company to build a overarching perspective on plans throughout the CX organization, support managers in line functions (HR, Communication, Product Line, IT, Engineering) to implement the Blueprint Agile WoW and be a mentor in their personal change process. And you will organize and be a moderator in Big Room planning sessions following the Quarterly Business Review.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our customer wants to start ASAP and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-01-16 with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client.
