Digital Production Manager - Stockholm

About the role

In this role as a digital production manager at Nordic Retail Group, you will be an important part of a specialized team where you will have a key role to drive the production for our digital system for education and communication, as well as other projects within the creative and digital field.

You will be self-driven and take full responsibility from brief to execution and you are responsible for driving the daily business production forward, which means not only managing projects, but also ensuring they are successful for NRG as well as for the client.

Your daily job includes being structured and keeping deadlines, having direct contact with partners, suppliers and sometimes clients, as well as contributing with ideas and improvements internally. You have a technical interest and are used to work in a fast and dynamic environment. We see you as a solution-oriented person who can adapt quickly to changes and maneuvers the English and Swedish language fluently.

Work tasks

- Manage projects from brief to execution in different digital systems.
- Understand the clients’ challenges and find solutions to clients’ requests.
- Keep deadlines, and focus on delivering profitable projects for all stakeholders.
- You will need to be able to communicate clearly with creators, to ensure that the assets produced are what the client has asked for.
- Ensure that communication and marketing guidelines are met and followed.
- Maintain and develop our clients digital training platforms.


What we are looking for

As a Production Manager you need to be structured, flexible, detail oriented and system smart. You like to come with new ideas and proposals on how you can develop customer accounts and you are comfortable working towards strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience/qualifications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience at a retail, marketing, or an advertising/event agency
- Experience in working with different system platforms
- Experience in working with and maintaining digital tools
- Experience in working with local and/or international clients
- Academic background in marketing, UX design and/or UX writing (not mandatory but highly preferable)


Skills, systems and tools

- Fluent writing and speaking skills in English and Swedish
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
- Adobe Creative Suite (not mandatory but highly desirable)
