Digital Service Owner - Resource Management to SAS Digital & IT/Airline Planning & Control

SAS Digital & IT is responsible for all IT within Scandinavian Airlines. The organization has around 100 employees and is located at SAS Head Office at Frösundavik in Solna, just outside Stockholm. The business unit Airline Planning and Control within SAS Digital & IT is responsible for providing and improving all IT services necessary for planning and executing SAS’ operations, including resource management and financial and sourcing control. SAS Digital & IT are transforming into an agile business driven, technology enabled team aiming to create a Digital First airline taking a lead in sustainable aviation. The Digital Service Owner (DSO) has the overall responsibility for IT-services and applications within a Service area. The purpose of this role is to secure alignment and priorities with business colleagues, setting the service vision, managing the backlog, representing the team in common forums for alignment and follow up on KPIs. The DSO will work in a cross-functional development team which is continuously improving SAS digital services by creating innovative and cost-effective solutions, taking data driven decisions and improving agile ways of working. The work will be in close collaboration with business stakeholders, and therefore requires continued involvement in the operational business to better understand the needs of the users. The service area in scope for this recruitment is Resource Management, including IT services and applications for the HR processes like time reporting, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, talent and learning etc. Much is based on SAP products (Success Factor application Suite), and modules and products from their 3rd party partners/vendors.

Qualifications and Experience
Higher academic education, bachelor or preferably master degree in Computer Science or equivalent Communication (fluent oral and in writing) in one Scandinavian language as well as in English
At least 3 years of experience working with service delivery and development in a large organization as a service manager, digital product owner or similar and with a true interest in working in the digital development area.
Knowledge of ITIL, Lean and Agile process methodologies
Experience working in a cross-functional team where the team is collectively responsible for delivery and target reach
Knowledge of HR processes and preferably the Success Factors application suite
Experience of management of business requirements and user stories in a development backlog

Very good communication skills
Customer oriented with interest in understanding needs and expectations in the SAS organization

Forward thinking with a thrive to improve and find new better solutions
Analytical skills to support decision making

Full-time located at SAS head office, Frösundavik, Stockholm
Desired appointment date: as soon as possible
Salary: by agreement and qualifications
Travel will be expected from time to time, depending on stakeholder and partner locations
