About the job Digital Banking is the most exciting place to be in Swedbank right now, with the responsibility for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of our channels and tools used in customer meetings. The organization consists of around 700 employees spread over all our home markets. We are a rapidly growing division and one of the most strategically important areas of the bank, being the main driving force in establishing an agile and customer centric development culture.

The Digital Transformation Analysis team supports our group senior management to set the strategic directions for Swedbank's future digital development. The team is part of Digital Banking and consists of 10 senior digital strategy professionals and transformation managers with knowledge and tools to solve complex business problems. The team supports our agile journey with analysis and advice in assignments each having a great potential to affect the direction of our digital services to create loyal and satisfied customers.
As part of the Digital Transformation Analysis team you will be responsible to drive insight and recommend changes to our business and product development roadmaps. In your role you will be responsible for:

Supporting Digital Banking senior management and other senior executives to drive strategic analysis on how to further improve Swedbank strong position in our home markets
Work with our senior executives in setting area strategies and roadmaps
Conduct competitive and trend analysis to evaluate changes needed to our current roadmaps
Analyze our group channel transformation needs to accelerate Swedbank ongoing digital transformation
Identify and analyze investment opportunities, together with senior stakeholders in Digital Banking
Analyze and drive Digital Banking's contributions to Swedbank group strategy and wanted position together with senior stakeholders


What you need to succeed Strong interest in understanding digital development and a customer centric way of approaching problem solving
You have a demonstrated ability to drive a case requiring complex strategic analysis
You are forward-thinking in digital transformation with strong interest about global trends and changes to customer behavior
You are interested in exploring how new technologies can be applied by the bank and what future digital services that can strengthen the bank's position
You enjoy working in a team setting and want to develop skills in how to managing uncertainty and differing views between senior stakeholders
You have the ability to tell a story and contextualize complex challenges into a understandable narrative and develop warm stakeholder relationships
You have a high delivery capacity, with the ability to work effectively together with your colleagues under time pressure with solid basic problem solving skills
You have strong written and oral communication skills with English being a requirement and Swedish and/or Baltics languages is an advantage

This cemented my belief that a strong narrative, often based on our need and beliefs, is crucial in driving successful change.
