Now we are hiring a Digital Transformation Manager to our Lending Process Development team, part of Group Lending. Our members contribute as epic owners, senior business analysts and lending process experts to key strategic transformation activities to further strengthen Swedbank’s position in lending.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Being the project manager, epic owner, or lead business analyst for key business development initiatives within Group Lending and driving these solutions from conception to launch
- Participate in an agile delivery framework and pro-actively propose improvements to our ways of working
- Ensure success of initiatives through proactively driving the implementation and aligning with stakeholder expectations in- and outside of Group Lending
- Work together with other teams to ensure quality, efficiency and regulatory compliance for the Lending process
- Be on top of all developments with major impact on Lending processes
- Network and cooperate with relevant stakeholders internally continuously analyse lending processes and identify business cases for change to ensure value creation for customers and other stakeholders
What is needed in this role:
- Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Comprehensive experience from process improvement, business optimization and project management in a more complex environment
- You have excellent communication and networking skills
- Experience from driving strategic change initiatives
- Experience in financial services and lending
- A strong drive to take initiative and lead change forward
- Strong business analysis toolbox including problem solving, teamwork, structured storytelling & communication and workshop facilitation
- Language skills (English, both written and oral)
