Director - Engagement Executive

At Cerner we’re working at the intersection of health and technology. We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organizations worldwide, and we are looking for an Engagement Executive to join projects in the Nordic region.

As a Director & Engagement Executive, you will be accountable for the delivery of the program implementation delivery and maintain external client relationships. This will involve managing the project management team, monitoring the key performance indicators as the deployment progresses and intervening as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure that value is delivered to the client.

Your role will require directing a team responsible for delivering value to our strategic client and support the execution of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives and strategy driven by executive leadership.

You will drive vision, innovation and strategy for the internal organizational and team imperatives.


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 7 years of project management or health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
At least 5 years of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience
At least 4 years of Financial Management work experience
Completed 2 projects within the last 4 years using the Cerner Consulting Methodology



Preferred Qualifications:
Hold a certified qualification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or from a Project Management Institute (PMI)
Have a Lean Six Sigma Certification - International Association for Six Sigma Certification


Expectations:
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Ability and willingness to travel up to 100%
