Director for Global Accounts - Rest of World

EF Corporate Language Training provides Business English training to professionals from the world's largest companies. EFCLT prides itself on delivering language training of the highest caliber and providing excellent service to all its clients. As a member of the Global Accounts team, the candidate will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of high volume English language training projects via our online training platform, Englishtown Corporate. This position will include extensive travel (70%) as the candidate is expected to consult with and grow key accounts, as well as implement training solutions, wherever the client operates. For the reasons mentioned above, it is absolutely essential that the candidate be fluent in English and Spanish, as well as one Scandinavian language. Preference is given to native English speakers. Tasks: - Discover and develop new and existing global accounts. - Consult with clients to develop language training solutions - Implement training solutions in a timely and cost-efficient manner The ideal candidate possesses: - An advanced business or management degree - 2-3 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in language, e-learning and/or travel services - 2-3 years of management experience in a global environment - Extensive experience with the implementation of large scale training projects - Fluency in the following languages: English, Spanish, and 1 Scandinavian language - Strong attention to detail and strong with numbers. - The ability to work independently with little to no supervision - Experience with the following software packages: MS Office, Adobe CS3, Salesforce.
