Director of Cylindrical Cell Design, Västerås

Northvolt is now looking for a Director of Cylindrical Cell Design, Västerås that will be responsible for the operation of the for Li-ion battery cylindrical cell at Northvolt. The role includes the responsibility to enable the development of the worlds greenest and most sustainable of Li-ion battery cells.


Resposibilities
·       Leading Cell Design team
·       Designing and improving cylindrical cell to achieve customer satisfaction
·       Organization cell development team for project
·       Setting up the development strategy
·      Execution customer project 




Qualifications/education/experience
·      More than 15 years of practical experience from Li-ion battery cell development
·      Experience from cell design and development of Lithium-ion cells is a must
·      Extensive experience of large-scale battery fabrication and testing
 
Specific skills (eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc.)
·      Excellent English written and oral skills
·      Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
