Director of R&D Lab

Managing the team of manufacturing at R&D Labs. Empowering the organization to ensure safe operations and continuous improvements in order to obtain manufacturing with excellent quality and OEE resulting in a successful business. Fostering talents of the future manufacturing organization and creating an environment where people can become successful in operations.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
· Safe Operations, ensuring Safety and Environmental requirements on site.
· Responsibility of R&D Lab Manufacturing
· Capacity of Manufacturing with efficient OEE, manning and cost efficient operations
· Optimization of manufacturing processes in cooperation with other departments within the company
· Strategic and tactical planning of Manufacturing
Requirements
Qualifications/education/experience
· University technical degree or equivalent with research
· > 10 years of experience within Process Industry in a Mgr position with both white collar and blue collar employees reporting.
· Merits: Battery manufacturing, Clean room/Dry room, Start up company experience, ISO9001,
International company experience, Swedish and European legislation,
Specific skills
· English fluently oral and written
