Responsibilities for the role:
Responsible for SDR forecasting and budget. Ensure that we continuously become more granular and sophisticated in our forecasting methods so that deviations can be identified early and that we have a high degree of control and visibility.
Overall responsibility for reaching SQL budget. Drive quota achievement of the sales development team by focusing on product qualified leads (PQLs), marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified opportunities (SQLs).
Proactively identify potential deviation vs. budget, conduct deviation analysis (what the drivers are and root cause of drivers (the why)) and set an action plan to reach target/how we can improve. This applies both when underperforming but also when overperforming.
Own, develop and implement Sales Development strategy and tactics.
Develop strategy and tactics for the coming 18 months (for Sales Development) based on analysis and data:
Analyse what initiatives would have greatest effect on menti success and either self or with other senior leader execute project
Identify risk (organisational risks / sales growth risk / etc) well ahead of times and create plans to overcome them and execute on plan
Lead process to collect knowledge from the entire team
Working with Mentimeter’s product, marketing and sales teams to make sure we execute on the 18 month strategy/tactics in order to acquire new leads and nurturing existing opportunities in the sales funnel process.

Support Sales Managers Sales Development as Team Leads and Line Managers
360 and 1:1’s with Sales Managers
Both personal and career development (360 and 1:1’s with Sales Managers)
Promotion / Change of role decision
Set and develop career paths and talent management processes to build a scalable and motivated team
Own recruitment and overall staffing of SDR teams. Make sure we reach the recruitment budget.
Must haves for the role:
An entrepreneur in spirit and sales person by proof, you will be part of building Mentimeter as a company, together with all your colleagues
Previous leadership experience
Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
Ambitious and result-oriented
Flexible mindset and open to new ways of working
Excellent communication skills
You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organisation, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)
