We are now looking for an interim Director to lead the global strategy for Klarnas workplace experience. Klarna is today 3000 people in the 14 locations, and has an ambition to grow with an additional 1000 people in 2020. This will be a key-role to enable that growth and maintain a great workplace experience.    
Klarnas Workplace Experience creates the framework to implement a smoooth and desirable experience for our employees through world-class technology, security, look and feel in the physical work environment. The experience is worthy of a world-famous brand and it's streamlined inside of all the Klarna offices globally. Our goal is to set up every Klarnaut to win in our worry-free offices, letting them focus on doing what they do best. The team is 8-10 people based in Sthlm, but the interim Director will also be responsible for the global workplace teams and all 14 locations.

Skill-set 
● You have a background in workplace/real estate 
● You have understanding, and preferably experience in high growth organizations 
● Strong track record of office management, facility management and workplace   experience 
● Strategic planning of offering in different locations 
● Keeping up in finding space, including short term and long terms solutions  (including coworking)
● Part of the work of finding, and building new offices
