OM TJÄNSTEN
In the role as a Dispute Analyst you will belong to the Dispute Resolution Team which is part of Bamboras Fraud & Dispute Team and Bambora’s Acquiring operation organization. You will be a part of a team with five other colleagues that cooperate and take great responsibility together with the goal to support merchants across Europe.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role as Dispute Analyst you will handle cases related to disputes from Bamboras customers. You will analyze outgoing and incoming disputes and have close contact with their customers and partners via phone and e-mail.
You will also:
* Protect the interests of the customers in the event that transactions have been charged back and attempt to rebut chargeback if possible
* Provide support to the customers to help minimize losses from chargebacks
* Respond to queries from Issuers and Card Schemes
* Protect Bamboras interests by identifying fraudulent customer behavior
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Great administrative and analytical skills
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
* Upper Secondary School education
Meriting:
* French and Italian knowledge
* Experience from working with card schemes (VISA, MasterCard, Diners, UnionPay etc.) and the payment industry
* Experience from working with disputes, fraud or other risk related areas
As a person you have excellent communication skills and are not afraid of taking own initiatives. We also see that you are an engaged coworker and self-sufficient.
