What we are looking for
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Distribution Account Manager m/f to manage IT Distributors base in Sweden. We think that you are in the beginning of your carrier and want to grow with us. This is a great opportunity to join Schneider Electric and power your career!
Responsibilities
• Grow Schneider Electric market share and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Establish customer intimacy from sales floor to top management.
• Implement regional/global sales, project & service strategies with accounts by working with central & regional team, building and coordinating a Schneider Electric virtual account team to ensure that objectives are met
• Define & execute quarterly marketing plan and track ROI
• Consult with other internal and external business teams on best practice
• Work with analysis and operations teams to measure and drive ROI
Required skills and experiences
• Bachelor's degree in business or similar, marketing or information technology
• At least 2 years? experience in sales
• Understanding of IT distribution landscape
• Business fluent in Swedish and English
• Excellent listening & communication skills, ability to influence others and to build strong business networks up to VP level
• Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work in international teams
• Willingness to travel on business (50% mostly in Stockholm area where the customer is based)
