In this role you will be responsible for managing and training authorized Distributors to sell company products and services. You will be the representative of Fluke to these resellers with the objective to maximize revenue, partner engagement and end customer satisfaction.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieves business revenue objectives by assigned reseller entity;
Identifies and pursues new business through effective management of reseller/distributor representative companies and their associates;
Be able to create interest and pull at larger new and existing Industrial end-customers and keep records up to date in CRM;
Assures channels are educated on our products, delivering technical training and/or organizing seminars with the support of the Technical Sales department.
Drives promotions and execute marketing activities to achieve or exceed sales revenue targets;
Completes administrative reporting accurately and on time and accurately forecasts revenues.
Initiates customer contact/visits with existing and prospective customers. May act as lead in a team when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers;
Tracks and monitors end-user customer satisfaction to generate and retain business;
Provide Insides about Point of Sales and stock of channel partners and the country competitive landscape;
Funnel management and follows up on Leads and Opportunities with Value Added Reseller channels;
Manages shop visibility and training for the Electrical Wholesale and Construction channel partners;
Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the organization’s entire product line;
Operates under general supervision. Performs sales, service, and administrative tasks and procedures under self-direction but still a team player.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum of 5 years relevant sales/technical experience. Experience in selling technical products through Distributor channels;
Experience in selling through branches or retail outlets;
Able to work under pressure and able to handle ambitious targets;
Problem solve mentality and striving for continuous improvement;
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop Distribution Channels (preferably include Store concept electrical wholesales)
Ability to analyse situations, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
Excellent sales and technical skills, autonomous for technical demonstrations;
Great time management skills;
Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges as they occur.
Independent, disciplined, pro-active and self-organized;
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to use them at several organizational levels;
Experienced in delivering seminars and doing public presentations;
Proficient in use of CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;
Preferably has knowledge and understanding of T&M or industrial/electrical product functioning and applications;
