We are looking for experienced Producers for our new offices at Stureplan 2! Fi delivers premium interactive services and media platforms. From offices in New York City and Stockholm, Fi has worked with and continues to attract world renowned clients like Nintendo, Porsche, Wacom and Electronic Arts. In 2007, Fi was the first inductee into The FWA Hall Of Fame. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Producer at Fi you will lead a talented team of artists, designers and developers in the production of micro-sites, web portals and software applications. The Producer's involvement and guidance is critical in all phases of a project from inception to completion; in client relations as well as encouraging the team to deliver Fi-Quality at all times. In addition to leading the projects, the Producer is also key in supporting individual employee development as well as shaping the company. Ideally, you have experience in producing projects with concrete professional examples; with experience from interactive/software development from a design, information architecture, interaction design or technical perspective, since you will be highly involved in the production process. * You have a proactive, motivational and encouraging approach. * You can back up innovative ideas with top-notch research. * You have strong wire-framing capabilities, and demonstrate an excellent understanding of usability and what makes a good web project. * You have strong written and spoken command of the English language, and are comfortable communicating with both team and our clients. * You are quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant and a problem-solver.
