Academic Work is looking for, on the customer's behalf, a Document Assistant. Our customer contributes to strengthen Europe's defense against infectious diseases such as influenza, SARS and HIV/AIDS. The workforce is relatively small but has an extensive network of partners within the EU and in the EEA- and EFTA-countries. The company cooperates with national health authorities to strengthen and develop early warning systems and disease surveillance across the EU. Through these networks, the company has Europe's collective expertise in health research at their disposal and can thus provide reliable scientific advice on the risks of new infectious diseases.

This assignment is part of our personnel placement, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work but will work as a consultant at one of our customer companies.

Tasks:
As a consultant at the area of Document Management you will be working independently with coordinating business processes related to the Document Management System (DMS). You will be involved in the administrative supervision of the DMS consultants' team. This role also includes participation in the DMS trainings, internal marketing and rollout. During your work you will be provided technical support and guidance from Knowledge Management Coordinator and closest line manager will be the head of the Internal Communication and Knowledge Services.

Experiences/personal characteristics:
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma
- Proven experience and knowledge in the areas mentioned in the job description
- Good knowledge of MS Office and previous experience in document management
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize to understand document flow within organisations
- Service oriented, humble and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Language skills needed:
- Excellent English
- Swedish is a plus

It is meritorious if you have good technical knowledge of document management systems and its workflows, especially SharePoint2007 and SP2010 with upgrades.
