You will be based in Skogås and your key focus areas will be to:
* Continuously optimise and organise workflow in the workshop, ensuring both daily and future planning are efficiently managed
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their requirements
* Deliver exceptional service to customers, managing all incoming vehicle repair and maintenance requests comprehensively and punctually
* Greet drivers warmly and assist with any queries they may have 
* Generate claims, request purchase orders, and prepare orders for invoicing

* 3+ years of professional experience in administration and customer service
* Affinity with truck and trailers
* You are well structured 
* You have excellent IT Skills  
* You are customer minded 
Fluent communication and negotiation skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
