Lindorff is Nordic leading provider of credit management services.In Sweden we are represented in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Linköping. In Linköping you can find Lindorff Customer Services with 80-employees.Our Contact Center answers questions from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.We are expending and in autumn we will start serving the Dutch market.We are now recruiting three Dutch-speaking agents that will handle invoice related calls from Netherlands for one of our customers. Your main duties will include answer inbound phone calls, e-mail, letters and fax - ensure 100 % customer satisfaction!You will also work with promoting the products that our client offers.Candidates must have at least 3 years working experience or have worked in a customer-focused environment previously.We expect the ideal candidate to have the following skills: - Customer focused - Excellent telephone manner - Excellent command of the Dutch language both oral and written -Good command of the English language both oral and written We look forward to hearing from you soon.
