NutraQ expanded its business to the Netherlands last year, and due to the current growth, we are looking for an additional person to join the customer service team! We are searching for a new colleague that will provide excellent service and guidance to our Dutch customers. Our mission is to help people achieve a better every day-life through offering our high-quality products. Are you the right person to help us with this in the Dutch market?

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Loyalty tasks on inbound and outbound activities
o Provide guidance and advice within appropriate use of our products, answer questions regarding shipments/subscriptions
o Establish and maintain dialogue with customers and identify their needs
o Reach out to new and existing customers and ensure continuous follow-up
• Answer e-mails and other inquiries as well as other administrative tasks
• Assist other departments in the organisation when requested

Qualifications:
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch, knowledge in English and/or any Nordic language will be regarded positive, but not a requirement
• Between 1 and 3 years experience from sales and/or service, preferably customer service, telemarketing or retail
• Experience with phone as a work tool
• Familiar with Office programs

• Good at prioritising and focusing on the task at hand

You will be part of our team of committed customer service consultants, all eager to improve our customers daily lives through our products.

• Development of your communication and negotiation skills through coaching and follow-up from one of our experienced Team Leaders
