ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Support Agent towards the Dutch and German market you will be handling customer queries over phone and email. You will be part of a small team of customer agents service GANT customers regarding queries relating to returns and refunds as well as other claims.

You will receive a 2 week onboarding in to the systems and claims handling before you start your role. The position will be temporary over the Christmas period but with possiblity to continue to work extra hours during evenings and weekends afterwards.



WHO ARE YOU?

To be successful in this role we believe that you speak Dutch fluently, it is also benefical if you speak a second language, preferable English and/or Swedish. It is also beneficial if you have previous experience in customer service or working in digital platforms.

But most importantly we believe that you are

- A fast learner that can handle digital platforms
- Service minded and friendly
- Communicative and not afraid to ask for help
