Swegon is building a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution for the group. Our goal and the purpose are to strengthen our delivery and effective digitalized tools to meet our customer demands at their heart. The company invests a lot in Dynamics 365 and it’s already deployed in multiple countries. Currently, the main applications used of the Dynamics Suite are Dynamics for Sales, Field Service & IoT and Dynamics for Customer Service and of course the full suite of Microsoft (SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.).

About the job

We are looking for creative, technology-interested, and ambitious Application Specialist. As a D365 CRM Field Service Specialist, you are an important part of translating business requirements into customizations and management of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite in a global environment are part of everyday life. You also have an important task in utilizing modern technology to digitize for real. Many people talk about AI, IoT and more and your task will be to make these "buzzwords" a reality in Swegon's business. We work agile and with continuous improvement of our development process, which gives great freedom in the work and a good opportunity to influence your work. You have a great interest in technology, leading people, driving change and finding the best possible solutions for our stakeholders and preferably an academic degree. Of course, you have a great commitment to creating software to help our customers become more efficient.

You will be responsible for:


• Configuration and adaptation of existing solution and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Testing of the Dynamics 365 CRM applications full lifecycle to make sure end-user and our tool is working smoothly.
• Support existing and new deployments to ensure that the organization is satisfied with what is being done and to build trust all the way.
• A large part of the role involves daily and close communication with the solution architect/product owner/application developer where you work together towards a common goal to best streamline and change Swegon's way of working in a more proactive way.
• Work with supporting the end-users of the system by providing help through our ticketing tool.
• Deliver a user interface that provides intuitive and ease of navigation from start to end with extremely high quality.
• Configuring with OOB tools, a world-class quality software regards to the requirements.
• Lead implementation Projects
• Analyze, gather, question and summarize business requirements into application in order to build the best possible application for long-term maintenance and quality.
• Present and deliver solutions/design together with Solution Architect.
• Be proactive and the go-to expert for the organization and IT

Your profile

We are looking for application specialists with preferably at least 6 months of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. You have a great interest in technology and preferably an academic degree. Of course, you have a great commitment to creating software to help our customers become more efficient. As previously mentioned, the position requires someone with knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Out-of-box configuration and platform knowledge. Good understanding of application possibilities and functionalities.
