About the job

You will work as our E-business & Sales Tool Manager within Marine Service, supporting the E-business strategy. Your focus will be within the marine, which contains sea-going vessels and engine power plants.

As the person in this role will be on maternity leave, we are now looking for her temporary replacement.

Key responsibilities
* Map the customer needs and develop the online customer journey
* Drive and implement E-business solutions together with customers, 3rd party providers and Sales Companies to become more online sales focused
* Develop, enhance, and maintain existing sales tools to meet the needs of sales teams
* Represent the business unit in various IT-projects and support implementation of sales tools solutions etc., whereby project management and networking skills are essential

Who are you?

We are looking for a passionate and tech savvy person with business understanding.

You should be customer focused and have a service minded attitude, be flexible and secure best fit between customers’ demands and platform functionality. You believe teamwork is a vital part of the daily work to provide sustainable solutions.

What you know

You hold minimum a bachelor’s degree within IT or Business or a corresponding degree

You have a background and/or interest in the service business from either inside or outside of Alfa Laval.

Perhaps you are working with E-business and business development.
