Job Description
THE POSITION
As E-commerce & Marketing controller at Monki, your main responsibility is to optimize the selling and profitability for our e-commerce as well as securing efficient spend of our marketing budget. You will work close to the e-commerce & marketing teams and be responsible for setting goals, following up the progress and through efficient controlling steer the business to optimize profitability. You will use your analytical skills to constantly seek opportunities to improve our business. You will be part of the controlling and analytics team and report to the Brand controller.
In this role you get to take an important part in enabling our growth journey, especially within e-commerce. You get to be a part of a diverse team of high performing and ambitious people, and there are endless opportunities to grow with us.
Qualifications
YOU
You have at least 3-5 years of experience within controlling, budgeting, and analytics.
Preferably you have worked within e-commerce and have good knowledge in what it takes to succeed in this business.
You have great analytical skills together with strong business mindset.
You are curious about finding new ways to analyse and understand our business, to always improve our knowledge.
You balance operational tasks with strategical thinking and have the ability to communicate your analyses in a clear way.
You have great experience in excel and preferably also Power BI.
You are customer-focused, flexible, open-minded and have a strong will to optimise and drive progress for our business.
