Centra is an innovative headless (API-based) Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale e-commerce software focused on brands in the fashion and lifestyle segments.

Our SaaS product provides a powerful, scalable, and flexible platform for brands with global operations, demands and/or ambitions.

We are recruiting an E-commerce & Success Manager
Centra continues to grow rapidly and our Client & Partner Success department needs to add an E-Commerce & Success Manager to our team. The department is responsible for the overall growth and success of Centra’s clients and partners. In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering on that promise.

Role requirements: Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who has a successful track record of advising and supporting demanding leadership-level clients on IT-related business strategy topics, and a huge amount of e-Commerce and digital delivery experience. SaaS Customer Success experience is an additional positive.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow but it is also a demanding one from the start and you’ll need the below to be successful:

- Solid experience in leadership-level digital IT management consultancy
- Working knowhow of consumer e-tail and e-commerce infrastructure
- Be very technically minded and solution orientated
- Have great business acumen, both strategically and in operations
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Individual drive, and a self-starter mentality
- Multiparty communication, delegation and organisation
- Excellent consultative and value driven communication skills
- Individual drive, and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Ability to understand and act upon buying signals


Formal requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in, or in close proximity to, e-commerce technologies and workflows
- Both written and verbal Norwegian, Swedish or Dutch and English at native or business level - extra languages are a big plus!
- Able to travel periodically
- Prerequisites for working/living in Sweden (Visum/permits/SPN)
- Located in Stockholm, Sweden


Deliverables:
As an e-Commerce & Success Manager, you hold the PnL responsibility for your portfolio of clients and the overall success of our relationship with each.

You’ll combine your extensive e-commerce knowhow with analysis, Centra platform usage, tooling and CS playbooks to advice clients and foster a relationship focused on both commercial and operations success

As the client's voice at Centra you’ll also play a crucial role as a prominent product roadmap stakeholder and contributor.

Our CSM team leverages in-person meetings, events, webinars, and video to communicate with clients in the place and time that creates the most value so you'll be contributing to, and facilitating, thought leadership materials, knowledge base articles, 1-to-many events and client success content in this role too.

Here are some important goals and KPI's our CSM's are responsible for

- High net client and revenue retention
- Churn mitigation and save rates

- Contract expansion
- High CES and NPS scores
- QBR / HBR / YBR saturation
- High CRM data quality
- High Time to value and Patch to value scores
