We are looking for a driven colleague who is eager to join a startup journey, to build a leading e-commerce software. We are around 90 colleagues today and plan to double in size over the coming 18 months.

Centra is an innovative headless (API-based) Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale e-commerce software focused on brands in the fashion and lifestyle segments.

Our SaaS product provides a powerful, scalable, and adaptable platform to brands with global operations demands and/or ambitions.

We are currently growing rapidly and intend to double in size several times over the coming few years.

We’ve built our software to be the very best in the world and we build our team around that same idea. While we are still a young company we already work with some of the strongest brands in the Nordics and have clients throughout Europe, North America, and Asia.

Introducing the role: We are recruiting an Implementation Manager
Centra continues to grow rapidly and our Client & Partner Success department now needs to add an Implementation Manager to our team in Stockholm. The department is responsible for the overall success of Centra’s clients and partners and is tasked with facilitating a path to value for both the client journey and our partner cooperation. In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering that success.

Role requirements: Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a Technical project manager (called an Implementation Manager at Centra) with a proven track record of delivering complex e-commerce projects at an exceptional level. You'll be someone who's comfortable supporting demanding enterprise level clients on IT-related business strategy topics and be an expert on e-Commerce and digital delivery. Customer Success experience is beneficial.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow but it is also a demanding one and you’ll need the below to be successful:

- Exceptional Technical project management skills
- A track record of successfully implementing complex digital systems
- Solid Digital retail infrastructure & e-Commerce architecture knowhow
- Understanding of API, ERP and integration standards and flows
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Deep requirement mapping and SoW knowhow
- Multiparty communication, delegation and organisation
- Excellent consultative and value driven communication skills
- Individual drive, and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Ability to understand and act upon buying signals


Formal requirements for this role include:

- At least 2 years of complex B2B SaaS platform delivery experience
- At least 3 years of experience in or in close proximity to e-commerce technologies and workflows
- At least 3 years of Technical project management experience
- Both written and verbal Swedish and English at business or native level - extra languages are a big plus!
- Able to travel in Europe without a Visa
- Prerequisites for working/living in Sweden (Visum/permits/SPN)
- Located in Stockholm, Sweden


Deliverables
As an Implementation Manager, it's your role to make sure our clients are given a world class introduction to Centra, receive an impeccable onboarding experience and are guided through a flawless implementation project. You’ll also play a crucial role internally as the client's voice, both within your team and in connection to our product team. Some important KPI's and goals include

- Project delivery metrics - Time, Cost, ROI and Scope
- Project administration and documentation quality
- Continued delivery process improvements
- Consistently high Project CSAT scores
- NPS and CES
- Contribution to thought leadership, knowledge base, platform migration and technical content
- Retention and maturation metrics - ARR, MRR, ACV and PTV
