Multimind is looking for a e-Commerce Support and Operations Coordinator for our client, an international consumer electronics company. This is an exciting and challenging 1-year consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible with great opportunities for an extension afterwards.

About the role The e-Commerce Support & Operations Coordinator is part of the Nordic eCommerce team and has a key role in securing and optimizing a qualitative ecommerce fulfilment and customer support in the Nordics. Main responsibility is to be the key contact point to the call center, with the objective of enhancing the customer journey and improving processes.

Key tasks and responsibilities Main contact for call center’s 2nd line agents, act as intermediary between the call center and other involved stakeholders (customer service, logistics, finance, legal and vendors within these areas).
Oversee the daily order flows, work continuously with ensuring smooth order operations.
Pro-actively work with identifying issues related to order fulfilment and payments, analyze the root cause and apply appropriate solution.
Responsible for continues development of related policies and procedures.
Secure that customers have access to support information, service terms and purchase conditions throughout the shopping journey, as well as keeping the terms and conditions updated according to the current circumstances.
The profile Educational background within business administration or equivalent experience 
Experience with customer support, ecommerce or retail
Experience business systems related to customer service, order management and ERP (e.g. SAP).
Fluent in Swedish and English
