The E-commerce Visual Merchandising function as Online Sales is responsible for maximizing sales by presenting the most commercial and inspiring online store. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and develop the best customer experience possible in one of our online markets. Together with your team you will be part of creating and developing the future of e-commerce for H&M!
Job Description
The role as an E-commerce Visual Merchandiser at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! You will run and be responsible to optimize sales and create a frictionless customer experience in H&Ms biggest store.
Your responsibilities:
Analyzing daily sales, customer behavior on site and site performance
Identifying customers’ needs and act accordingly to drive sales
Manage site content - including campaigns and locally created content
Have a strategic plan on product placement on HM.com, based on customer behavior, commercial plan
Creating concept and market specific activities on HM.com, App push and mail communication channels, ensuring the messaging is in line with H&M business idea
Conduct A/B-testing and segmentation analysis
Ensure that HM.com is always commercial and inspirational for our customers

Qualifications
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. In order to be successful in this role we also believe you have:
Minimum 2 years of experience from working with e-commerce
Education within business, e-commerce or similar
Previous experience and enjoy working within different CMS-systems and/or Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analyses into actions that you can implement in your team
Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
Leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience from A/B-testing and/or segmentation analysis is an extra plus.
As a person we believe you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a changing environment. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team and know how to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and drive results. You should love to create an inspiring and commercial store online and always have the customer and H&M brand top of mind.
Additional information
These are temporary positions of 11 months based at H&M Head Office in Stockholm Sweden.
