Swedish Care International (SCI) is an education company specializing in dementia and elderly care practice and methodology. Our organization brings one of the best palliative care philosophies, based on nearly 30 years of practice from Stiftelsen Silviahemmet, to the world. We offer best-in-class consulting and education solutions alongside our high-profile awareness projects.
SCI is based in a large and roomy office by Karlaplan in Stockholm. We are a small team of highly dedicated and ambitious professionals who are committed to the growth of the organization and work closely together to achieve this objective. The team is also very international, with several languages ​​spoken at the office and many opportunities for inclusive cultural exchange.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate person to take care of multiple SCI and project webpages, online platforms and continue the development of our e-learning courses. SCI has recently developed new e-learning programs and we have the ambition to continue improving and creating various online learning solutions in the future. As an international company operating across the globe, SCI has a variety of webpages and online platforms that continuously need to not be developed, improved and updated and therefore we need a person who can take ownership of this task and be able to work in multiple projects both individually and in small groups.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage, implement and improve SCI’s current e-learning products as well as develop digital solutions (webinars, videos, tailored e-learning courses) based on clients’ needs.
Manage and provide technical and administrative support to SCI’s learning management system 
Take ownership of SCI webpages and online platforms by developing a strategy to develop them further and plan the implementation of changes independently
Provide technical support within the team by solving tech related issues to software and hardware installation and implementation 
Coordination of other e-solutions and tech related questions in the company (e.g. software, etc), support to a team in various related issues and projects
Managing and implementing different aspects of the project; being flexible with various tasks and responsibilities throughout the year (planning, implementation, administration, reporting, etc).
Coordinating the work of external suppliers, if needed.



The successful candidate should:
Be confident and willing to learn and to work in a dynamic international environment
Be creative and proactive in suggesting and implementing his/her own ideas to develop the projects
Have experience and understanding of e-learning authoring tools to edit existing e-learning courses as well as to create new ones, if needed
Have experience in administrating Learning Management Systems (LMS) to be able to support our clients setting various options, adding new users, etc.
Have experience with web development and administration, especially knowledge in HTML and WordPress (or similar content management system)
Knowledge in general IT, software and tech support experience is a big advantage
Skills in graphic design tools (InDesign, Adobe, Canva or other), filming and video editing, will be appreciated
Be fluent in writing and speaking in English
Knowledge of Swedish and additional languages is an advantage.
Education, experience or interest in elderly care, nursing or healthcare is an advantage.

We offer a Project contract for 12 months with a possibility of prolonging/changing to tillsvidare contract in the future.
