The role As a Senior Project Manager at East Capital you will play an important role as responsible for the strategic planning, organizing and managing of major events such as East Capital Summits, East Capital Awards, Company trips, Kick offs, East Capital Fund Seminars, among others.The position requires integrity as well as strong leadership and negotiating skills as you will be the person responsible for leading other team members and colleagues while representing East Capital's interests and requirements in interaction with internal and external contacts.Frequent travel will be an important part of your work.Knowledge criteria East Capital is looking for a driven and professional person with a university degree preferably within marketing and communications and several years of event management experience. To be successful in this role we believe that you are a strong leader and team player.You are good at delegating as well as motivating others.You are outgoing, patient and energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have superior time-management and organizational abilities and enjoy working towards tight deadlines.Your creativity, innovation, flexibility and attention to detail are key ingredients for delivering top quality East Capital events. Excellent command of both Swedish and English is mandatory, Russian language skills and other Eastern European languages are useful.Eastern European knowledge and Financial markets knowledge is preferred.
