EBL and Development Engineer

EBL and Development Engineer

Arbetsbeskrivning

NIL Technology is growing, and we are looking to expand our mastering team with an electron beam lithography and development engineer. You will work with the design of exposure files, data preparation, wafer preparation, exposure, and any relevant wafer processing and process development and metrology after exposure, e.g. development, dry etching, atomic force microscopy (AFM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Besides this, you will be working on improving especially our data preparation and exposure process flows as well as our etching processes.
A great part of the position involves cleanroom work. Hence, we expect you to have a high level of experience with cleanroom work and a general understanding of the processes used for silicon micro and nanofabrication as well as metrology in general. This includes a general understanding of spin coating, dry etching, thin-film deposition, and metrology by ellipsometry, profilometry, SEM and AFM. It will be an advantage if you have at least basic skills in Python and/or C programming.
You will work closely together with colleagues located in Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, and the US. You will be based in our branch in Gothenburg, Sweden, and your work will primarily be carried out in the MC2 cleanroom at Chalmers University.
You will be part of a company that offers a fast-moving and busy work environment, where all opinions are valued together. We have a strong team spirit and a profound “we win, and we lose together” attitude which we value and culture. Read more at www.nilt.com/join-us/
