Ecommerce Manager

Type of Contract : long term contract

Location : Stockholm (Decathlon Barkarby)

Your mission

As the leader of the Ecommerce team, you manage up to 5 persons in order to bring decathlon.se to the level of TO and net margin we need. In addition to that, you have a strong responsibility to help your teammates to grow and develop their skills.

Our Ecommerce Manager will :

- develop our ecommerce strategy
- directly manage our communication policy
- pilot the omnichannel budget as well as strong digital/acquisition campaigns
- develop a team and increase skills locally

Who are you ?

- active & passionate sport person
- strong experience in ecommerce / digital
- experience in retail
- native english or swedish speaker
- able to take initiative, make decision and autonomous person

KPI

- level of turnover
- level of net margin

Skills

- understanding of ecommerce
- global knowledge on each source of traffic
- management
- basic in finance
- specific tools : Excel, Google Suite (GA, Adwords, Keyword Planner)
