One of our largest customers is currently looking for a Financial Business application specialist/ Controller.The Financial system + coordination department is a central staff unit and responsible for the financial system interfaces between legacy system and general ledger (SAP/R3) for the logistic process. Job descriptions and responsibilities We need a finance oriented person with system competence and with special competence within master data area.The person will participate in the Supply Change Management project where we have a specific finance team.The initial work will therefore be focusing on: Detail the design of the future + transitional processes together with the functional team Together with controllers define all transactions that need to be mapped for the business unit Perform needed transaction analyses and mapping activities Active part of common workshops, and project within the area Accounting and Controlling Support controllers to define and structure needed dimensions and Master Data Drive / be an active part in finding solutions for all identified problem areas Qualifications and skills: SAP R/3 Key User competence Experience of financial reporting or business control practices Ability to travel Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment Skilled in the English language Strong analytical skills Ability to plan, take own initiatives and work independently Keen to work with projects in an international environment Starting date is January 3rd 2011.
