Electrolux is looking for a Global Purchasing Controller

Do you have 3-5 years experience of controlling and are you interested in an exciting role at a global leader in home appliances? Electrolux is now looking for a Global Purchasing Controller who will be the overall responsible for Global Purchasing IM and SG&A controlling.

Academic Work is looking for a Global Purchasing Controller to our client Electrolux. The position replaces the current position holder that will be on maternity leave (expected return March 2019). You will be the overall responsible for Global Purchasing IM and SG&A controlling follow-up and reporting process. It is a great opportunity to work in a truly global environment and in close cooperation with the Global Purchasing Management team.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Electrolux.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Global Purchasing Controller you will for example:


* Be responsible for all controlling activities around indirect material and SG&A (selling, general and administrative expenses)
* Act as a Finance Business Partner for the Head of Global Indirect material purchasing and the head of Global Purchasing Controlling
* Drive continues improvements for the function: Reporting (including improving the quality of the reported data), Global Purchasing tools (e.g. Global Project Master, Global Purchasing Community, BI tool), New reporting methodology


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Have an education in economics / finance
- Have solid understanding and multiple years of practical experience of controlling
- Work experience in complex international corporate environment (matrix structure)
- Strong with data analysis and data management
- Exposure to digitalization of systems and knowledge of power BI or equivalent tools will be highly appreciated
- Are fluency in English, both written and spoken

As a person, you are able and willing to work also under time pressure to meet tough deadlines without jeopardizing the quality of the result. You have a passion for delivery results and you are also a self-starter who are able to work independently. You will be in an international team of six controllers who enjoy good teamwork and fun at work.
